Free shipping to:

• • Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Vatican City on orders over €50.

  • Austria, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia on orders over €100.

  • United Kingdom, Croatia, Switzerland, Turkey on orders over €150.

  • Rest of the world on orders over €200.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• We ship your order by Fedex (https://www.fedex.com) from our belgian warehouse.
• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• The responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you upon signature for reception. Note that if you are not the receiver –for example in case of gifts- the person signing off for reception takes responsibility for the purchased goods. We encourage you to read our policy concerning returns and guarantees.
• We are unable to redirect shippings once orders have been dispatched.
• A tracking code is included in your order shipping confirmation e-mail. However, should you not have received/found a tracking code please send your request to info@mcalson.com. Be sure to include your order number and personal information, as such you’ll enable us to process your request efficiently.

• Orders are processed and dispatched between Monday and Friday, excluding (Belgian) bank holidays.
• We are committed to process your orders within the smallest time frame possible (2-3 working days, excluding weekends).
• McAlsonline cannot be held responsible for any delays due to payment controls or customs requirements.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of the personalisation, personalised boxers will be shipped within 10 working days. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience when ordering personalized products.
• Please note: The delivery times mentioned below only start counting from the moment your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier (Fedex).
